Every month brings about new discoveries of products available on the market for building materials. From new quarries which are opening around the world, to new suppliers who are making innovative products. It is my job to be informed about what is out there and how to get it. This newsletter is a snapshot of some of my most recent discoveries.

Glass Tile

These tiles are available on a custom order basis which means you can chose any color, size, shape and style you wish. The supplier of these materials has an amazing range of possibilities available.The tiles come mounted on netting for easy and flawless installation and prices are extremely competitive compared to the UK or USA.

Carrara Visit

I visit suppliers all over Italy on a regular basis to keep informed about the stone selection available at any given time. This helps me propose materials to my clients that I know are readily available and with good aesthetic qualities. Its important for me to be updated about not only what new stones are on the market also to see what material the quarries of well-known stones are turning out.

For example, it is currently possible to find beautiful Calacatta Oro, but the prices have shot up. And, it is hard to find high quality Botticino Classico right now, so I would recommend Botticino Semi-Classico to my clients.

On my recent trip to Carrara I visited some of Italy's best and most famous stone suppliers. Visit my Stone Gallery to see some of the most beautiful stones I discovered on this and other visits to suppliers around Italy.

New and Improved Stone Gallery

The images in my stone gallery have been updated to reflect the current selection of stone available and to showcase the new materials I have discovered.
